Only the completely filled out form can be sent. Subsequently, you will receive an e-mail, print it and attach it to the device. Hardware sent in without a repair order will not be processed and will be returned to you within 14 days at your expense. In the event that you initially only order a cost estimate, the manufacturer will incur costs in the amount of € 95.00 plus 9,50 € return shipping. These costs are only incurred should you decide AGAINST the repair. All prices mentioned are net.
