If the HERDEmobil app is not connected to the scanner&#8217;s WLAN, the following message is displayed:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. wrong WLAN. Please connect to the WLAN of the Easi-Scan:Go.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do this, open the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the scanner and the HERDEmobil app cannot establish an Internet connection, you will be asked whether you still want to connect to the WLAN.
